Gray Hair, I Do Care!

No longer hiding it like before. Letting go of unnecessary hangups we impose on ourselves, realizing no one else truly cares about them. You know what I do care about? The monumental strides being made in women’s basketball.

As a former player and current basketball mom, I’m amazed by the progress ALL of these girls have achieved.

While I have a personal connection to #22, my fam is from Iowa after all, it’s vital to recognize how their exceptional performances have elevated the sport onto the global stage.

Throughout history, women have often been overlooked, particularly in sports. Yet, it’s inspiring to see how they’ve surpassed expectations, both on the court and in terms of marketability, compared to their male counterparts.
