I had the honor of speaking on a panel about loss, healing, and what it means to be broken and beautiful.

We don’t need fixing. What happened to us… happened for us. There is power in the pain, purpose in the rebuilding, and beauty in the becoming.

As a survivor, I stand not just for myself—but for every woman who has experienced sexual assault. My life is a living example that hope is real, healing is possible, and service to others can be the most powerful form of empowerment.

Thank you to everyone who shared space and spirit with us that day.
